No cost, no pressure, and no jargon. Here’s exactly what happens when you come to CareerNestIQ — and what you can expect from us at every stage.
CareerNestIQ is a counseling service. We’re not a college, and we’re not selling you a course. Our job is to help you understand your options honestly — which courses fit your interests and eligibility, where they lead, what they cost, and what they’ll ask of you — and then to support you through enrollment if you decide to go ahead.
We’re supported by our partner institutions rather than by students, which is why counseling is free to you. It also means we’ll tell you plainly when something isn’t a good fit, including when the right answer is a path we don’t handle.
What happens: We start with a conversation about you — your academic background, your interests, your strengths, and what you actually want from a career. Not what a relative suggested or what everyone else is doing.
What you get: A clear picture of the directions genuinely open to you, based on your eligibility and goals rather than guesswork.
What it costs: Nothing.
What happens: You speak with a counselor who explains your real options in detail — which courses suit you, what careers they lead to, what the studying actually involves, the costs, and the requirements. Including the difficult parts.
What you get: Honest guidance, with the trade-offs explained. If a course isn’t right for you, we’ll say so and explain why.
What it costs: Nothing.
What happens: Together we narrow the options to the course and institution that genuinely fit your goals, eligibility, and circumstances. We show you the documentation — recognition, fees, requirements — rather than asking you to take our word for anything.
What you get: A decision you’ve made yourself, with the full picture in front of you.
What it costs: Nothing.
What happens: We manage the enrollment process with you — applications, documentation, eligibility verification, and admission requirements. For students going abroad, this includes visa support, travel, accommodation, and pre-departure preparation.
What you get: Someone alongside you through the paperwork, right up to your first day.
What it costs: Nothing.
Where your interests and strengths could take you.
The options that fit your goals and eligibility.
The right place to study, from our partner network.
Applications and admission, handled with you.
Recognition, costs, visa, and the path to practising afterwards.

The questions students and parents ask us most.
Yes — at every stage, for every student. We’re compensated by partner institutions when a student enrolls, which is why we can offer counseling at no cost to you.
That’s the most common reason people come to us, and it’s exactly what counseling is for. We’ll start with your interests and strengths and work forward from there.
No. There’s no obligation at any point. If you use our counseling and then choose a different path, that’s entirely fine.
It depends on you. Some students have clarity after one conversation; others take weeks to decide. There’s no deadline we impose — enrollment cycles have their own timelines, and we’ll tell you what they are.
Absolutely, and we’d encourage it. Most of our conversations involve parents, because this is a family decision and everyone deserves the full picture.
We’ll tell you. We’d rather give you honest guidance and lose the enrollment than place you somewhere that doesn’t fit.
