CareerNestIQ (“CareerNestIQ”, “we”, “us”), a DashMindsIQ company, is an education counseling and enrollment partner. We help students and parents evaluate courses and institutions and, where appropriate, support their admission process. We are not a degree-awarding institution.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect the details you provide directly, which may include:
- Full name, phone number, and email address
- Current education level, NEET status, and area of interest (student enquiries)
- Institution name, contact person, designation, work email, and programs offered (institution enquiries)
- Any additional message or context you choose to include
We also automatically collect limited technical information — such as pages visited and general usage patterns — through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your counseling or partnership enquiry, by phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Guide you through course selection, eligibility checks, and the admission process
- Share only the details necessary to process your application with the relevant partner institution — currently GVantage LLC and Apollo MedSkills, for admission to Zarmed University — and only once you choose to proceed with an application
- Understand and improve how our website is used, in aggregate and anonymised form
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
